A long standing background of competent engineering practice coupled with many years of competitive angling experience is incorporated in the production of all VIVTEK equipment. All items are carefully manufactured to stringent engineering standards.

WARRANTY

VIVTEK FISHING EQUIPMENT warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from date of purchase. This warranty does not cover damage or malfunctions caused by accident, abuse or normal expected wear. If your VIVTEK product has a defect within the terms of the warranty, you should return it to us at the VIVTEK Warranty Centre indicated below.

All shipping costs and transportation arrangements will be borne by you and are your responsibility. VIVTEK will repair or replace the product, at our option, without further cost to you (including return transportation and insurance). If, however, the repair is not covered by the provisions of this warranty, you will be contacted by our Warranty Centre and advised as such, only then with your instructions will the product be repaired and returned to you at a reasonable charge for labour, parts and return transportation and insurance.

* All warranties which may be implied by operation of law including but not limited to warranties of merchantability and warranties of fitness for any particular purpose, shall be limited to one year from date of purchase.
