Anodised
Aluminium Gaffs:
The VIVTEK Premier Range of hand gaffs are all fitted with high grade
316 stainless steel hooks, bright gold anodised aluminium shafts,
well-secured aluminium bushes, non-slip epoxied handles and fore grips.
Gaffs with attached nylon wrist straps have tested to withstand a
dead weight exceeding 200 kg (440 lbs). Model G.71 Harpoon Gaff has
a swivel point, held in line with a sliding nylon bush. Once the harpoon
has penetrated the fish, the nylon bush is drawn back up the shaft
and releases the swivel point into a perpendicular position. Model
G.15 Telescopic Gaff is lockable when fully extended and has a light
shock-cord loop for safe stowage. It will effectively handle fish
up to 50 kg (110 lbs). It features a stainless steel belt clip and
is well suited to the boating and shore-based angler.
Model G.08 and G.09 Hand Release Gaffs are ideal for tag and release.
G.08 is fitted with a belt clip and is floating. Model G.51 is a Commercial
Salmon Gaff.

G.75
FLYING SPEAR designed for HALIBUT fishing has a detachable stainless
steel spear point that will release when the handle is pulled back once
the point has penetrated the fish. Fitted with stainless steel cable
and eyelet to attach holding rope.
G.45 LARGE GAME FISH GAFF: 100 mm
(4 inch) stainless steel hook with milled knife edge point in 10 mm
(d inch) diameter. Features heavy duty 32 mm (1¼ inch) diameter
ribbed anodised aluminium handle for better gripping in dry and wet
conditions.
